Environment plays a huge role in the way we feel. From nature outside to the human interactions in your household.
Outside:
Are you interacting enough with nature?
Have you taken a walk today?
Have you gotten some sun on your face and in your eyes? (don’t look directly into the sun)
Inside:
Are the 3 people you spend the most time with fountains (energy givers) or drains?(energy takers)
Have you performed some intense physical activity 3 times or more this week?
Movement outside in the sunlight and a workout paired with quality human relationships are the big rocks. I was avoiding all of these at points in the last few years and I paid for it.
Now I make these a priority every day.
