Where do you work on that the most?
Is there someone where you display that behavior the most( work, school, practice) that you can share your work on with so they can hold you accountable?
Deliberately practicing plus feedback on how your doing is the accelerator to growth in your "work on" behavior/skill.
Get them both often.
Identify something to work on and create a feedback system with a partner this week.
