Which emotions did you feel the most?
Which emotions did you feel the strongest in terms of intensity?
Did you even feel happiness, love, or a good surprise once this week?
What would you say your ratio is experiencing positive to negative emotion?
And the biggest question to ask yourself this week:
Have I given myself permission to feel happiness and love?
Sometimes all we need is permission.
