When I started coaching, I was less conscious of the forgetting curve.

Tactical help for players who get nervous before games
The study of letters making words is spelling.
The root word of spelling is spell.
When you say, “I’m nervous, you’re casting a spell to create that reality.”
Instead of casting a spell that limits you, cast one that unlocks you.
“I am excited.”
Reality is a mirror. Choose your words wisely.
