About the Workbook
This book is a collection of reflection questions that you should answer and act on. 26 periods for 2 weeks of deep focus on one concept. This will add up to one year of work.
Each period is set for 2 weeks. Think about, bring awareness to, and answer the questions for 2 straight weeks. Focus and apply your actions to the focus of the period.
The first part of developing skill in anything is to bring a deep, focused awareness to it.
Knowing yourself leads to bettering yourself.
You don’t have to be great at it now, you just have to be committed to doing the work to get better.
These questions each period will be sent as a word document, not as a PDF.
I want you to answer these questions in the word document. Keep it open on your computer every day. Refer back to it often. Keep the focus on the theme of the period.
The best version of you is keenly self-aware.
The world we live in right now is a hurricane of noise, we don’t sit with our thoughts, we don’t spend time thinking, we don’t spend time being.
We spend all of our time doing, and when we finally get bored enough to let our mind wander and possibly think about something that we do that might not serve us…
We pull our phone out and check Instagram… potential insight gone forever.
We must spend more time with our thoughts, we have to spend deliberate time thinking, visualizing, questioning, etc. This Workbook will show you how.
Completing this entire workbook over the next 52 weeks will transform you. In a year, you will not recognize yourself, and that’s good.
It means you’ve grown.

Signal to Noise Ratio
Elite humans increase the signal to noise ratio. Noise is anything that pulls us away from the present moment. They are distractions and out of our control.
At present, how good are you at focusing on the signal and staying in the moment?
What is your signal at this point in your life? (main focus)
What pulls you out of the moment? What are your biggest distractors?
What systems can you put in place to eliminate distractions when you need to focus?
You would answer these questions in our live document and bring awareness into your life. This would be a focus for a 2 week period where you take mental reps with signal and noise at the top of your mind.
