If you know me well enough, you know I’m a big inversion guy.
I’m also not a huge “stats” guy.
However, there was one stat that I hung my hat on in the 2 years as the HC of my junior team.
Note: HC at the level I was at meant Head Strength and Conditioning Coach as well.
0 man games lost to soft tissue injury
We had bone breaks from traumatic contact, but no strains, sprains, pulls or any of that shit.
Why…
We used inversion. We avoided the disaster.
